Supreame Court Crossed The Limit To Disabled The Gailani

The retired  judge, Justice Katju mrkhndy of indian  Supreme Court  said  that Pakistan Supreme Court as the nation is exceeded the limit to disqualified the former Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani.
He said: 'Pakistan's Supreme Court to keep the people happy to disqualify the Prime Minister has exceeded his constitutional limits.'
He said that there are multiple layers of contempt of court and contempt of court does not disqualify the trial judge.'Yousuf Raza Gilani not said that the Supreme Court take decisions to take bribes  or court decisions is maliciously. If he was saying then be disqualified.'
