Led by Chief Justice Iftikhar Mohammad Chaudhry on Wednesday unrest in Balochistan and the people associated with kidnapping requests filed during the court hearing said that according to the records of people in Balochistan law enforcement agencies are involved in kidnapping and Frontier Corps on its involvement in the abduction of several people are being charged.
The court said that if an accident were involved in missing persons cases against them be taken.
